Hi Bernie- This is Don Murray. Could you send us a screenshot of your system configuration? I think you can get to it from the Finder menu. Also, can you confirm that if you open a terminal window and go to the IDV installation menu and run: sh runIDV that the IDV starts okay? Thanks.
