[IDV #CMK-802593]: color scale labels

In the bundle, the font size is 0.  The chooser defaults to the first in the 
list (8).  Until you change it, the size does not get updated.

So, the question is, "how did it get set to 0?".  Since the font size dialogs 
are not editable, I don't see how this could happen programmatically.  In your 
attempt to hide the labels, did you edit the bundle and set the size to 0?

I added an option to the color scale dialog to turn off the labels.  It will be 
in the next nightly build.
