[IDV #FGC-183171]: IDV error

Hi Max,
Its kind of sad that both of us are up at 6am (at least my time) on a Sunday 
holiday weekend.

I don't know what the NEXRAD grid is?
We do have support for the NEXRAD TDWR data though.
