[IDV #ERK-217946]: Can not connect to adde.ucar.edu server for images

There is no restriction on the server to .edu addresses, so I suspect
it is a firewall issue.  What dataset were you trying to access?

Ports 112 (ADDE) and 8080 (THREDDS) need to be accessible through the firewall. 
 
Can you access any of the other servers (e.g. adde.cise-nsf.gov)?
