[IDV #MOP-176378]: WebStart of IDV nightly build fails

Hi Chris-

Try this again.  Sometimes the nightly build fails when it copies
files over to the web server.  I think it might be that auxdata.jar
wasn't fully copied over.  If you still have the copy you downloaded
manually, can you check on the file size?  It should be
about 14 Mb.
