[IDV #RJF-252466]: Dislaying CEDRIC NetCDF

It maybe a little too complicated for you to do the both modifying and 
aggregating in one ncml file, I think you can start with two different ncml 
files, in the aggregate one, the location file should point to the first ncml 
file which modifying the nc file.
