[IDV #KFL-235735]: Fatal error ucar/nc2/util/xml/RuntimeConfigParser

The reference in idvbase.jnlp is:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/release/nightly/webstart/IDV/external.jar

and it does exist.  What link are you using to start the IDV?

Did you clear out your cache?
