[IDV #BBH-982106]: loading ncml files into idv2.4

No.  The file you sent me was:

wrfout_d01_2008-04-10_12-00-00

but in the ncml you have it listed as:

wrfout_d01_2008-04-10_12:00:00

Make  sure the file names in the NcML match the file names on disk.
I think that's the problem.
