If there is forward and reverse DNS for the machines after the IP address
changes, and if the reverse DNS results in the translation of the IP address
into a name that is in the '.edu' domain, you will continue to be ALLOWed
to REQUEST feeds from our IDD relay machines.  If, on the other hand, 
reverse DNS is _not_ setup for the machine or the IP resolves to a name
that is not in the '.edu' domain, that your feed REQUEST(s) will stop
working.
