[LDM #EOT-784687]: LDM Access request

Hi,

This seems different than other machines at TAMU that are being
fed from our top level IDD relay clusters.

The problem with geo.gcoos.org is the same as your other machine -
there is no reverse DNS for the machine. Here are the outputs
from two 'nslookup' invocations, one for forward DNS (name -> IP)
and one for reverse DNS (IP -> name):

% nslookup geo.gcoos.org
Server: 128.117.177.1
Address: 128.117.177.1#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: geo.gcoos.org
Address: 67.207.88.241

% nslookup 67.207.88.241
Server: 128.117.177.1
Address: 128.117.177.1#53

** server can't find 241.88.207.67.in-addr.arpa.: NXDOMAIN

Are you being told that reverse DNS can not be setup for your
other machine? And, is the same thing true for this machine?

Cheers,

Tom
