[IDD #KXW-860550]: new GEFS data flow

NOAA has stopped sending the low resolution GEFS in the CONDUIT feed, and
the higher resolution data has not been added.  It is unclear if the
higher resolution GEFS will be added to CONDUIT or if users will need
to pull the data directly through their web interface.

I don't believe that the TINs will mention the addition or removal
of products from the CONDUIT feed.

Other users are asking the same question.  Since NOAA controls the
content of CONDUIT, not Unidata, it is best to post a question about
the GEFS availability to the address@hidden email list
as there are several NOAA/NCEP people subscribed to the list, and
they should be able to answer if/when GEFS data will return to
CONDUIT.
