[LDM #SER-849220]: Request for adding new IPs to allowed LDM connection

Since forward and reverse DNS exist for these machines, and since they
all resolve to a '.edu' domain, you should be good to go.  Please test
this from any/all of the machines as follows:

<as 'ldm'>
notifyme -vl- -f ANY -h idd.unidata.ucar.edu
