[LDM #CBT-761337]: GOES-17 data

Hi Mike,

The alternate feed that I saw in a 'uldbutil' listing was for a machine
at the UWyoming.  The SJSU machine was right after the UWyo machine
in the listing, and I saw alternate and thought it was for your machine,
but it wasn't.

Sorry for the mistake!

By the way, this makes the non-receipt of the GOES17 products from
NIMAGE all the more mysterious!
