[LDM #CBT-761337]: GOES-17 data

The real-server backend node of idd.unidata.ucar.edu that your machine
vulcan.science.sjsu.edu is being fed from certainly has all of the NIMAGE
data:

Hmm... we saw something like this (needing to add the -o 3600, that is)
yesterday on another user's machine.

I don't know, and it is very hard for us to say more since vulcan is
not reporting real-time stats to us.
