Questions:

- is there any indication for the reason for the failure(s) in your LDM
  log file?

- from what upstream host(s) are you REQUESTing feeds?

- has there been any change to the network at UK?

Please try the following:

- get the name of the upstream host that was providing you with one or
  more feeds

- check to make sure that DNS still exists for this host

  For example, if you were REQUESTing IDS|DDPLUS from idd.unidata.ucar.edu,
  run the following:

  <as 'ldm'>
  nslookup idd.unidata.ucar.edu

  If this resolves to 128.117.140.3, then try to contact the upstream host
  using the LDM utility 'notifyme':

  notifyme -vl- -f "IDS|DDPLUS" -h idd.unidata.ucar.edu -o 3600

  NB: replace 'idd.unidata.ucar.edu' in the above example with the name of
  the host that you have setup in your LDM configuration file,
~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf

Please send us the results of the above test.

Cheers,

Tom
