[IDD #LDE-365303]: Duplicate(?) /pNCRVAX in IDD feed?

Not sure what is up with KJAX, but they must not be real "duplicates" or the 
LDM would reject them via a matching
MD5 checksum...so they are likely spitting out "extra" scans, not duplicates :)

Only if the product came in after the others expired from the queue could we 
get "duplicates".

Yes, this is how they are coming over NOAAPort.


KJAX appears AOK via this site:
