but it could easily slip until tomorrow or Sunday.

Here again is the information for gale:

gale.unidata.ucar.edu <-> 128.117.156.80

But again, setting up the firewall for gale is only to test REQUESTing
the NOAAPort data streams.  The real objective is for multiple machines
** not including gale ** to REQUEST the NOAAPort data streams.

You keep referring to the machine as noaapxcd, but I think it is the _old_ 
noaapxcd
machine, and it has been renamed to wx1.it-protect.com and its IP has been 
changed
to be 208.24.128.15.  I say this because I seem to remember you telling me that
your new XCD machine was assuming the identity (name and IP) of your old one.
