Very good.  I just verified forward and reverse DNS for your
machine.

You should be able to start REQUESTing data now.  Please give this a try
using 'notifyme' first:

<as 'ldm' on smokey2.ngdc.noaa.gov>
notifyme -vl- -f NEXRAD2 -h idd.unidata.ucar.edu

If the results from 'notifyme' look good, you can "flip the switch" on
the NEXRAD2 feed.
