Hi Elmer, 

Is this data COSMIC or SuomiNet data?

If not, do you know where the data originates from?

I know that SuomiNet has a 1.5 -> 2 hour delay for processing, so it would be 
useful to know what GPS delay data you are using.

And as Tom mentioned above, it would be useful to know where/who you are 
getting this data from. The  answers to these questions will better help us 
evaluate what is going on.
