[IDD #IJB-717945]: Questions about bufr format GPS data

I am not quite sure that I understand the question, so I have some
questions for you:

- where are you getting the "bufr format GPS" data
- are you referring to the speed you are getting the data via an
  IDD type connection, or are you referring to a type of GPS data
