[LDM #PIX-531703]: Question about LDM

The log messages mean that the LDM on Rainbow couldn't contact
the LDM on Usgodae3.  Can you ping(1)ing that computer?  Can
a notifyme(1) reach that computer?  For example

notifyme -vl- -h usgodae3.fnmoc.navy.mil
