[Staging #XIZ-821337]: IDD feeds available ?

I think that it would be better for you to get the full CONDUIT feed from
the toplevel IDD relay node that we operate here at UCAR, idd.unidata.ucar.edu.
aeolus.ucsd.edu gets the GFS portion of the CONDUIT feed, but I don't think
that it has either the network bandwidth or the umph to get the entire feed.

FNMOC feeds are point-to-point from FNMOC.  The problem is that the expertise
in running the LDM left FNMOC when the person who was managing their LDM
left some time ago.  The folks that are filling in are coming up to speed,
but they are not there yet.
