I am seeing a bottleneck coming into bgsu...

Hops 11 and 12 concern me....

I assume 13 and 14 are behind a firewall so cannot resolve, but 1000+ ms
is not OK.

Can you contact your IT dept to see if they are doing anything to restrict
flow through those nodes (hops)..it looks goood up to :
