desi reboot

I had to power cycle desi this morning because the load average
was very high and the system was mostly unresponsive. Despite that,
I did manage to get an output from top;

> last pid: 25571;  load averages: 10.82, 13.59, 10.76            09:05:41

I can't find anything wrong in the system logfiles but the output above
is a little suspicious. The number for free memory (3624K free) is
very small and bigbro bb-local.sh is running at least twice which is wrong.
