Re: CONDUIT

Hi David,

My records indicate that:

snow.cit.cornell.edu

is your primary feed and:

ldm.meteo.psu.edu

was your failover.

I guess this is out of date.

Are/were you experiencing latencies from snow, hence the change?

Could you give snow an ldmping and a traceroute, or if you know that
connect is bad, just let me know that is true, and we will update and
pursue flood at UIUC, just want to double check as they could be a source
for your NNEXRAD as well.

Same comment as Chiz, that 3rd hop off your campus seems to be the sticky
wicket...Often the traceroute to ldm.meteo.psu goes unresolved due to
firewall issues, so it may not be any better than flood, but we can
monitor latencies to figure that one out...at least at uiuc the connect
was solid.

Thank you,

-Jeff
