20010807: access denied again

Cristina and Larry,

The two refused IP addresses are University of North Dakota (RWIC)
and University of Nevada-Reno (DRI).

If problems continue, you might try entering the IP addresses in your /etc/hosts
file to circumvent DNS trouble, and check for any syslog messages about
host names (gethostbyname or gethostbyaddress) not being able to be resolved-
which might be a symptom of a DNS server that is overloded on campus.

Please do let us know when problems occur.
