David, You are correct, those files are missing. I checked the log files on motherlode and wsihcsn machines for problems, didn't find any. My speculation is that those products were never received on the UCAR WSI ingest machine for many possible reasons. If critical files are missing then we should contact WSI to find if there is a backup mechanism to obtain missing files. Maybe Richard could contact WSI to find out the backup process. Robb...
