RE: request for upstream feed

Hello Rajul and Bill, 

Rajul is setting up the LDM at West Chester University in Penn
and will be receiving his primary feed from Penn State. His traceroute
looks good to you as well so were hoping you could place an allow for him
for the UNIDATA feed- I believe this is the feed you want Rajul..correct
me if wrong. This would be a failover feed only, and given Penn States
fairly robust LDM, hopefully it will seldom be used.

Bill, would this be OK with you?
