ebb.stanford.edu is 'allowed' from vortex.met.sjsu.edu

From your email dated June 1, I was under the impression we were a back up site 
as we have traditionally been a leaf node. Meteora.ucsd.edu is up.....?

I'm not sure why you wouldn't just send me the email about your inability to 
access vortex...? I have your ingest machine as 'ebb.stanford.edu', is that the 
correct machine? Please do let me know if vortex is your primary feed, because 
that impacts how I'll manage vortex. As it is now I don't really worry about 
taking vortex down at times because no one is feeding.
