I think it's a combination of things, SSEC is having problems with their
NOAAport ingestor that's used to feed thelma and thelma was running
behind.  I did a stop/delqueue/mkqueue/start on thelma at 11:05 MDT, so
thelma should be current in about 20 minutes.  Thanks for bringing this to
my attention.
