Hsie,
The LDM was stopped and and the queue was deleted. This causes the LDM to
request data an hour old and it makes the max latencies close to an hour,
ie 3600. Because the LDM was already behind, the down time probably
caused it to loose some products. Because of the feeder load on thelma,
it is sensitive to small changes in any variables. At this time, UPC is
working on replacing thelma with a more powerful machine.
