AHA! And I here I've been telling David W. at UIUC that it's probably his
fault, since we've been seeing the same thing downstream from him (10 ms
downstream!). Betcha he's ready to clock me with a hockey stick! ;-)

Anyway, Pete, I have noticed this getting progressively worse for the last
4-8 weeks. The past month has been bad. I have been mostly feeding from
iita as a result...and even though that is 150 ms away through me through
a bogged down Qwest network, the feed has been right on time for the most
part, except for a few minute delay here and there during peak periods at
NIU. BTW, an emergency NOAAPORT machine from Duke Power also yields the
same results...I get 200 ms pings to them and it still makes it through
timely!

I just saw Robb's message. Hmmm. Robb, if you can check about 12PM-1PM
your time each day, I think you'll find the same thing happens. Iita's
NOAAport feed is never late for me except due to minor 'net congestion
problems.
