Hello Linda,

Our apologies for not contacting you sooner. In our last exchanges with
Robb in early February, he confirmed that he was getting the CMC GRIB
products and decoding them OK. Since then we have been feeding our GRIB
data on a daily basis into the LDM queue on our external server.
Unfortunately, we have not followed up closely as we should have. The
logs now seem to show that the new products are not being ingested
correctly. I will follow up on this with Robb.

Once this technical issue is cleared up, we would appreciate your help in
advertising the availability of the GEM model ouputs. From our side we
will contact a few universities to let them know that things are now
working in order to get the ball going. In his note in February, Robb
mentionned the possibility to include a "GEM feedtype" in the new version
of LDM. Can we have more information on this possibility ?

On a different note, I am going on a maternity leave at the end of this
week and will be away until the end of the year. Gerard Croteau (e-mail:
address@hidden; tel (514) 421-4618) will take care of the
Unidata file in my absence.

Richard is at your service to help you out in the process of advertising
the GEM model output availability.

Thank you again for your interest in this project !

With best regards,
Ekaterina
