20000321: can't feed from shemp to cyclone.atmo.arizona.edu

Mike,
the problem seems to be that cyclone.atmo.arizona.edu doesn't have a reverse DNS
entry from your name server (jet.atmo.arizona.edu).

Your request here appears as:
Mar 21 18:10:19 shemp.unidata.ucar.edu rpc.ldmd[10458]: Denying connection from
128.196.30.124

Trying to do an nslookup on your IP produces:
*** No address (A) records available for 128.196.30.124

I'll add an allow line to shemp for your IP....but you should get your
networking people to look at your DNS. This may be related to a problem
Robb was having last week with a site trying to feed HDS from your computer
so I'll cc him on this.
