Ricardo,

The USWRP is funding hardware being used for CONDUIT so that sites
(university, government, and others) working on USWRP related research 
activities can obtain the data using the LDM software.  

All of this data is freely available to anyone through the NWS (OSO and NCEP)
ftp servers (such as ftp.ncep.noaa.gov), so there is no limitation to
the data access.
