Chris, 

The offhour eta is the 32km since last year- same as the 0 and 12Z model.

NOAAport carries the 40km 212 grid (and some surface 20km grid215 grids)
with ethe patterns:
# Grid #212 40km CONUS:    ^[YZ].R.*/mETA
# Grid #215 20km CONUS:    ^[YZ].U.*/mETA
