I temporarily added an allow action for you on shemp.unidata.ucar.edu
with feedtypes UNIDATA|FSL2.

Hopefully this will help with your problems...but you should look
to go back to your primary feeds as soon as practical since we
use our server for testing and can go up/down without notice.
