Hi...

navier.meteo.psu.edu apparently lost connectivity to thelma.ucar.edu
yesterday (?) around 21Z. Pings return the following:

navier# ping thelma.ucar.edu
ICMP Time exceeded in transit from ns-ga006.psc.vbns.net (204.147.130.1)
for icmp from navier (128.118.28.2) to thelma.ucar.edu (192.52.106.21)
ICMP Time exceeded in transit from ns-ga006.psc.vbns.net (204.147.130.1)
for icmp from navier (128.118.28.2) to thelma.ucar.edu (192.52.106.21)

I can ping iita.rap.ucar.edu okay and have restarted my ldm feeding from
that machine.

Any ideas why the connection to thelma doesn't work?

                                        Art.
