Peter,

That doesn't necessary mean much because Celia and I have done test with
restarting the same version of the ldm with rebuilding the queue. It also
caught up very quickly. A test will be to see if 5.0.6 has the same
problems. UPC has been having network type problems because of SCD
rewiring/configuring FL4.
