Robb (cc'ed to PSU),

Not sure why we had problems with PSU over the weekend.  I tested the 
configuration by switching now and it worked.

I've swithed my ldmfail script to point to ihlseng.ugems.psu.edu since
Rutgers and us are on the same primary.  If either you or PSU has a problem with
this as far as loading is concerned please let me know.
