Hi all,
      Looks like more than just an eta retransmission problem.

We are seeing latencies of over an hour here, have been
off and on since 1999060816

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/idd/status/idd/fosTopo.html

shows that for 1999-06-09-00 most every site in the
country is seeing the same problem!

It also seems the FOS feed source is shifting around
between tg2.awips.ucar.edu, desi.unidata.ucar.edu, and
dusk.ssec.wisc.edu.

I wonder what is up!?!?!

Hopefully the mere act of me sending this email will magically
bring things back to normal (funny how it happens that way
sometimes - report a problem and it goes away ;)
