This shouldn't be unusual due to the extra data on NOAAPORT.  The
latencies at Purdue run about 3000-3500 secs during the peak model
period (around 17Z) and around 1200-1700 during the afternoon hours when
the MesoEta model is coming in.  Today was extra bad since many of the
AVN products were resent.
