POWER SPIKE WHICH TOOK DOWN CRAY 3 BEFORE THE ETA COULD EVEN
FINISH WITH 12 HOURS.  THE 12Z MODELS WILL BE DLAD FOR AN
UNDETERMINED LENGTH OF TIME.  ENGINEERS ARE ATTEMPTING TO
BRING CRAY 3 BACK UP ASAP.  SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
