[GEMPAK #JYY-426176]: ingest amdar data



Hi Matias,

If the two lines below make up the complete data file, it might be the 
formatting which is preventing the obs from being decoded.   dcacft decodes 
NOAAport AMDAR files in the form

ftp://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/SL.us008001/DF.an/DC.sluan/DS.amdar/sn.0086.txt

You may need to reformat some to decode by dcacft and view in nmap2.  What is 
the source of these data?
