[GEMPAK #UOE-413186]: GEMPAK ATCF

Hi Alan, 

I wasn't aware of this behavior.  I gathered a number of ATCF file but am 
having trouble myself plotting models which surely are in the data file.  I'll 
have to work on this some and get back to you with a solution.
