[GEMPAK #DHZ-709940]: GFS T574 grids?



Well I found the grids on tgftp.nws.noaa.gov and www.ftp.ncep.noaa.gov, now to 
see if they decode correctly.  still have not confirmed these are coming across 
CONDUIT.
