[GEMPAK #AIC-365315]: GEMPAK system requirements

Hi Matt,

GEMPAK compiles on a number of different operating systems and architectures,
including CentOS. Virtual machines are not a problem either.

The GEMPAK source takes between 5-15 minutes to compile, and you'll want to
make sure the system has a number of libraries available before compiling,
listed here:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/gempak/doc/install.html#libraries

On *some* systems, an openmotif RPM install will work fine, but many require
openmotif to be built from source. If you install from an RPM binary, you may
see Xm library errors in the GEMPAK "make all" - if so, you'll want to remove
the RPM(s) and compile openmotif from source (standard ./configure && make all
&& make install)
