[GEMPAK #TAD-738654]: install gempak6.6.0 in opensuse 12.1

Hi Victor,

What I see in your make.out file are errors which indicate libnetcdf.a, 
libpng.a and other libraries are not installed.  However, the netCDF portion of 
your make.out file, for example, is without error.  I did notice a few lines 
which indicate that you have previous run "make all" without running "make 
distclean" for a clean build.  My suggestion is to run "make distclean" and 
then "make all >& make.out" once again to see if the errors still exist.  If 
they do, we will need to figure out exactly why, but I'm guessing a distclean 
will clear things up.
