[GEMPAK #CCL-534531]: cannot receive surface data

Hi George,

It appears that two instances of dcmetr are being run concurrently.

[14415] 110417/1030[FL -5] Cannot write to file ....
[18952] 110417/1030[FL -5] Cannot write to file ....

The first numbers will be process IDs, so it seems your pqact files include two 
dcmetr decoding entries.  Find the duplicate and comment it out, restart the 
LDM and check your logs and files to see if data are being written correctly.  
You'll want to do the same for dcmsfc as well.
