[GEMPAK #RBP-821131]: Satellite imagery on 6.2.0 under CentOS 5.5



I've attached a new proto_gemlib.h to be placed in $GEMPAK/include/

You'll need to rebuild fully for the changes to take effect but this will fix 
the problem.

Thanks for the bringing this to my attention.  Just about to release 6.3 and 
glad this fix could be included.
